Challenge
Design an attractive program so agricultural advisors recommend using NUBIOTEK products and at the same time feel empowered to use more sustainable practices.
Make the user journey easy to do because to be part of the program you need to be certified first.
Make agricultural advisors use the app, since most of them are used to physical tools, not digital ones.

Key Features
Schedule ING PRO trainings and get certified as a PRO Engineer.
Accumulate points by advising agricultors.
Redeem points for rewards and more education (sustainable agriculture courses).
NUBIOTEK Products catalog with relevant information about them.

Usability Test
I conducted a usability test of the app to determine if the registration and certification was without friction and seamless for the end-user, which was the most important feature for the client.
Things that worked
100% answered the questions and registered correctly.
100% started their certification process immediately after registration.
Things that didn't worked
80% of the users felt 3 courses for a certification was too much.
Recommendations
Add bonus points for approving every course successfully so users feel motivated to complete the course.
Add celebration animations (confetti) when approving one of the courses.
Reduce the certification courses to one.

User Flow
The user flow highlights the different pathways a user can take when trying to navigate the app. The app is designed to learn about the user from the first interaction, lead them into creating an account and motivate them to get the ING PRO certification so they can start generating points and revenue from their expertise.

UI kit
Bioteksa Design System was used to make a baseline for styles, text, components and variables for this app. This was used because it is ready to use and it is compatible with Flutter which helped decrease the development time from 1 year and 6 months to 10 months.
